Accomplished entrepreneur and business leader Amy Golding has been appointed as CEO of Steven Bartlett’s Private Office – which consists of more than 50 companies – marking a significant addition to Bartlett’s personal investment and business strategy team. With a stellar track record in scaling businesses, driving innovation, and championing diversity in the tech sector, Amy’s appointment reinforces the firm’s commitment to fostering high-growth companies and impactful investments.

A Trailblasing Career in Business & Tech

Amy Golding, widely regarded as one of the UK’s most dynamic business leaders, made history as the youngest female CEO of a $100 million turnover company when she took the helm at Opus Talent Solutions in 2017. Under her transformative leadership, the company soared to global prominence in technology and renewable energy recruitment, culminating in a high-value private equity sale in 2021. This milestone confirmed Amy’s exceptional talent for scaling and exiting market-leading businesses.

Beyond Opus, Amy founded _nology.io, an innovative tech training and talent hub committed to boosting diversity in the UK’s technology sector. By providing individuals from non-technical backgrounds with in-demand digital skills, _nology.io bridges critical gaps in both talent and representation, fostering a more inclusive environment for the next generation of tech innovators.

Her journey began at Cambridge University, where she earned an English degree before honing her expertise in journalism and strategy consulting. Fuelled by a remarkable entrepreneurial drive, she later established a recruitment venture capital fund that grew to 130 employees and a £17 million turnover within three years. This trajectory highlights Amy’s extraordinary ability to launch and nurture high-growth businesses while championing a more diverse and forward-thinking future.
